Dr. Whisnant will be speaking at State of the Plate DC at Georgia Washington University in Washington DC on October 17, 2011. This event brings sustainable meat producers together with chefs and restaurant owners.
The focus will be on sustainable farm animal production, animal product preparation, the myths and realities of food labeling, and supply chain management.
